The Mayor of Yecla, Mark Ortuño, this morning attended the founding ceremony of the Council of Mayors, an organization that brings together the rulers of the 45 municipalities in the region.

The ceremony was presided by the President of the Region of Murcia, Pedro Antonio Sánchez

Marcos Ortuño believes that the implementation of the Council of Mayors "is a clear commitment to municipalism, which will facilitate relations between the Government of the Region of Murcia and the City of our region. In this way compliance is given to one of the promises included in the program that the Popular Party concurred in the last regional elections "
