HELP LINES OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
These grants are part of measures "Agri-Environment and Climate" and "Organic Farming" program of rural development in the Region of Murcia 2014-2020, and approved the corresponding call to 2015 of those hotlines.
Helplines are as follows:
1. PROTECTION OF BIRDS STEPPE.
Aid to improve the feeding and breeding of steppe birds (bustard, little bustard, bargains, Montagu's harrier, lesser kestrel, stone curlew), by changing some traditional farming practices in cereal steppes.
These aid apply to areas covered by the SPA Steppes of Yecla.
2. FIGHT BIOTECHNOLOGY.
To encourage the use of techniques or no impact on the environment and on consumers, by replacing chemical control for pests biotechnological techniques (pheromones, natural predators, traps, etc ...).
3. Protection of agricultural landscape in the Natura 2000 network to offset the low profitability of crops in agricultural land nestled in the Natura 2000 network (such as the SPA Steppes Yecla), to avoid the risk of abandonment thereof.
4. SHREDDING RESIDUAL BIOMASS FROM AGRICULTURAL PRUNING.

5. SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION.

6. CONVERSION TO ORGANIC FARMING.
