Business meetings have taken place during the 'International Meeting Furniture', the trade mission that has contacted 23 companies in the furniture industry in the region with 36 Asian, European and American buyers companies

The Ministry of Economic, Tourism and Employment Development has helped to hold more than 300 commercial interviews for three days, in which 23 companies participated in the Region of the furniture sector and 36 commercial intermediaries in nine European countries, Americans and Asians.

The event, framed within the actions of the Promotion Plan for 2015, was held in Yecla during the Furniture Fair.

The general director of Info, Javier Celdrán, said today that this reverse trade mission is an important support for the internationalization of companies in the housing sector and the Region furniture.

"The Furniture International Meeting, held in such relevant as the International Furniture Fair Yecla showcase is an opportunity for companies in Murcia expand its projection abroad through direct contacts with leading importers and distributors of all the world, "said Javier Celdrán.

In this year, the sixth organized by the Information, participated 23 companies of the housing sector and the Region and 36 furniture importers, distributors and specifiers from Peru, India, Mexico, Ukraine, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Russia.

In this year's edition of the International Furniture Fair Yecla participated 130 companies from Portugal, Brazil and Spain.

Of these, the vast majority were in the region, although there were also exhibitors from Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona, ​​Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cadiz, Cordoba and Madrid.
