Yecla Association of People Affected by Cancer has prepared a charity calendar photographically reproduced artworks and where the models are cancer patients, partners, family members and volunteers.

The Association of Yecla Affected Cancer (ayac) secured the necessary funding for printing the solidarity calendar 'Art and Photography for ayac', whose sale is intended to help cover the projects that have launched the partnership to help to improve the quality of life and well-being of cancer patients and their families and to continue working for the social and professional integration of people affected by cancer.

Crowdfunding campaign has exceeded all initial expectations because not only the ultimate goal of € 3,000 was reached in the absence of 12 days of the end of the campaign, but finally have raised € 3,829.

A total of 107 patrons of several points of Spain have been in charge of realizing this dream project, in which the photographer Sonia Muñoz and ayac had been working for months.

The more than 2,000 calendars will be able to print through this project will be made available in a number of local outlets from Friday November 13, day in which this solidarity calendar will be presented at 20: 00h in the Auditorium Municipal Yecla.

Ayac want to thank the patrons on behalf of the Association itself, its cancer patients, their partners and their volunteers, as it has been thanks to the selfless help and donations that has managed to pull out a special project .

It also wishes to reiterate its appreciation to all those who in one way or another, either individual or collective level, have collaborated in developing this schedule, especially the photographer Sonia Muñoz Ortuño, Hair Center Teresa Rubio, Clothing and Tissue Virginia, Photo Studio Munoz, Jose Garcia Productions, Top Upholstery, Furniture Lino, Book Damar, Mapay, Kenza House furniture, Wood Francisco Salar, Barber Soul of Mancebo and Maribel.
