Take over this week 17 new people from the local police once Yecla has completed the training process that began 7 months ago.
The 31 th promotion of local police officers, have had 46 students from the towns of Jumilla, Abanilla, Alguazas and Yecla.
The selection process began in October 2007 with the publication of the bases for these 17 agents.
The course selective agent aspiring local police bodies of the Region of Murcia has had a workload of 1,000 hours of training and is part of the training plan in 2007, planned from the Local Police Regional School, dependent General Directorate of Local Government.
In these courses, officers are trained in areas of legal knowledge, technical police, traffic, public safety, statements, professional ethics, toxicology, weapons or defense, among others.
The number 1 of this promotion has been the local police Yecla D.
Francisco Javier Rojo Aguilar, and among the top 5 of the promotion, 4 are agents of Yecla.
Note that the faculty of this promotion has been in our city.

So we can be confident that they have been formed with a plus of self-knowledge of the municipality where they will perform their duties.
With these new agents, the Department of Traffic and Public Safety aims to advance the quality of an essential public service to our community, as it is, help, protect and ensure the rights and freedoms of our neighbors, all through the police force closer, closer.
It aims to increase aid services given to our neighbors, both humanitarian and traffic accidents.
In the past 7 years we have gone from 27 local police officers to a total of 55, representing an increase of 104% of all these new positions, 20 are the Regional Plan of Public Safety has launched the Regional Government and represents an investment of 300 million euros in the decade from 2006 to 2016.
