The exhibition "Discover 15 years of design," organized by the Furniture Technology Center and Wood (CETEM) to celebrate its fifteenth anniversary, has been visited by more than five hundred people in the Municipal House of Culture of Yecla, where it has remained Open since last July 2.
Given the success and response of visitors, the Technology Centre has decided to move now to its own facilities, located on the street Perales s / n, where it will remain open between September and December.
This exhibition includes all the prototypes winners of International Design Furniture Industrial Region of Murcia, in order to see how the furniture has evolved through this contest, since it was set up in 1994.
The aim of the exhibition is to inform the general public a retrospective of the last 15 years in furniture design, as it has a great influence of the environment, applying technological advances, fashion trends or economic situations.
Advantage which marks the fifteenth anniversary of the creation of the Technology Center and is now open within the call of the XV International Design Award for Furniture, CETEM has decided to provide exposure to a thread that these awards associated with any event or significant event from each of the years of the competition since it is always much easier to locate in time by the memory of a historic event that took place at a particular time.
In addition, visitors are dealt a catalog which lists all the data from both designers and prototypes that can be seen.
