The Municipal Socialist Group has complained repeatedly that the company "The General" does not meet the specifications agreed in the contract.
The Popular Party argues that the garbage contract was fully and accused of lying to anyone who dares to say otherwise, including citizens.
For the Municipal Group Socialist violate a number of conditions, including the garbage contract:
- Containers off a foul odor and not clean them 3 times a month.
- The containers are filled and we also found bags of trash on the ground and are not able to enable additional containers.
- Containers are not enabled organic waste collection in all areas reflected in the contract.
- No recycling bins are installed in areas of the field.
We could go on listing more defaults by the company, but ultimately "The General" is in breach of its contract and the government team consents.
