The purchase of these vehicles was formalized during the month of August and during these weeks, develop the work of bodywork in the company premises CAR-BUS, where the racks purchased.
Utilities Councilman Juan Palao has moved to the town of Manresa, where business is located CAR-BUS (qualified for the manufacture of minibuses and special mobile units) to oversee the upgrading works and specify the technical and aesthetic aspects of both vehicles, along with the Manager of the operating company Urban Transportation Service.
Thus, the current buses are replaced by new vehicles minibuses, whose characteristics make them more adaptable to the urban area of Yecla.
The Department of Public Services has invested in the purchase of both vehicles more than 190,000 euros.
Is expected to improve urban transport services significantly with the use of these new vehicles and get to gradually increase the number of passengers, speeding up the routes, reducing waiting times at bus stops and, with this, increase the commercial speed service.
"The acquisition of these two minibuses reflects the commitment of the government team to implement in Yecla an Urban Public Transport Service more modern, agile and efficient," said Councilman Utilities, Juan Palao Azorín.
