The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, announced this morning that the Ministry of Works has submitted to Public Information, with its publication today in the Official Gazette, the provisional adoption of draft outline of section C-3223 Link to Yecla -Liaison with the A-31 (in Murcia and Albacete) of the A-33 Cieza-Fuente la Higuera.
The purpose of the planned route is the definition of geometric aspects of the property and rights affected by the works that will be required to implement this part of the future highway.

The base budget of the infrastructure contract worth over 140 million euros.
Technical Features
The layout, ready for a design speed of 120 km / h, begins south of the town of Yecla, at the junction with the road C-3223 that connects the town with the town of Pinoso, direction Santomera and Murcia complete, coordinated with the downstream of the A-33 in KP 22 +977, in connection with the A-31.
The length of this stretch is 23.4 miles.
The trace is defined so that the minimal conditions to third parties, for which, in some places, the provision of curves, or design contracurvas wide radius has been necessary to overcome existing buildings and crops.
Part of the permeability of the plot is resolved, where it has been possible through the design of upper and lower steps.
In this way, it has given continuity to the existing roads necessary for correct communication of plots, including the Flower String.
It will also carry the replacement of the N-344 Caudete access and duplication of your driveway to give continuity to those users who are traveling from Yecla to Albacete.
The project includes the construction of five full links along the path and a branch connection in the final stretch.
These are:
- Link to C-3223.
Is developed in accordance with future needs of the C-3223, which is expected to double.
- Link Caudete N-344.
- Link to C-3314.
Are available to provide access to the town of Yecla in addition to industrial sites along the route.
- Access Liaison Caudete, located on the corridor of the N-344.
- Liaison with the A-31.
It is a branch connection with a link to the A-31 developed by the downstream, towards Alicante.
As structures, the project consists of 8 viaducts, 8 overpasses, 21 underpasses and a fauna passage.
The section of the trunk highway pavements is defined seven feet, with shoulders arranged interior and exterior of a meter of 2.50.
