The regional government has approved a grant of 150,000 euros to the Association of Mentally Handicapped Yecla (Ampy) to proceed with the construction and equipping of a residence to serve this community in the municipality.

The association which manages the residence, up to 40 people and located on Calle Narciso Yepes, has so far received assistance from the regional government for $ 1.8 million for this purpose.
