The Single Window will have two points of attention in the morning (20/01/2010)

The Single Window double the service in the morning with two points to the public at City Hall.

The measure, which takes effect on Monday 25 January, is the concentration and expansion of resources during the morning hours after a very sluggish this service has achieved during the afternoon.

Often, no citizen is at hand to make any single window management during the evening hours.

For this reason, the Department of Information has optimized service concentrating in the morning, while it has expanded with a new focal point located on the ground floor of City Hall.

The schedule of the two points will be from Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 15.00

The Single Window in 2009 Yecla has treated more than 13,000 inquiries from citizens who have used the service to handle documents or seek information on matters relating to the administration, among other steps.

The Office of Yecla is part of the network of 51 Citizens Advice Bureaux of the Autonomous distributed throughout the region.

Between them they have managed more than 656,000 documents and requests for information during 2009, more than double the previous year

The Single Window enables yeclanos make representations relating to the regional administration without having to leave the city.
