The information and documentation is collected and delivered to the centers top choice where you want to enroll the student.
Must appear to require the following documentation:
Photocopy of the parent / guardian or student if a minor or student ID card photocopy of the applicant if of legal age.
Photocopy of the student requesting a minor if any.
Photocopy of the leaves of the Family which contains all the members of the family unit in the same order they appear in it.
In the case of school change: a certificate of enrollment in the current year issued by the individual school.
Students from Year 6 primary school will receive an application form in its primary, so no need to present the certificate of registration.
Each center provides an additional criterion, so it must present a certificate attesting to that fact score.
Once completed, the application must be signed in front and behind both the father and mother and stakeholders over 18 years.
