The Director General of Vocational and Adult Education, Joaquín Buendía, today visited the International Furniture Fair of Yecla, where several students of the IES Castillo Puche exposed for the first time, their jobs.
Students currently attending the training courses in the professional family of Wood and Furniture, have led to the fair a booth built for themselves.
Buendia was the satisfaction of the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment to be present in this sample as significant and is considered one of the oldest in Spain. "
He also said that "the participation of the Ministry in this show we can be closer and entrepreneurs pass on the message that in the region are being trained highly skilled professionals."
At the booth you can find pieces made by young people in the workshop of your school, built in DM work, laminating, paperweights made from waste material of the workshop, plus videos of the jobs that these young people during their formative stage .
The general director announced that students from Wood, Furniture and Castillo Puche Cork soon visit the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan, "one of the most important events in Europe in this industry where you have all the latest in design and manufacturing.
Buendía recalled that one of the students of IES Castillo Puche, Carlos Ortega Sanchis, was chosen as the best student in Spain in the professional family of Wood, Furniture and Cork in the last call for the National Training Awards.
