The Department of Culture reports that during the month of April, the Universidad Popular de Yecla has organized the following short courses:
Traditional uses of plants.
Be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 20 April to 8 May, from 20.00 to 22.00.
This taught by professors from the Faculty of Biology, University of Murcia.
The program includes topics such as medicinal plants, ointments, soaps, landscaping, spices and condiments, ornamental plants, traditional liquor, etc.
The sundial.
Art and science.
Will take place on 12,14,19 and 21 April from 20.00 to 22.00.
It provides academic Ortiz Juan Vicente Perez Academy for Science and Engineering of Lanzarote.
Includes two theoretical sessions and two practice sessions to build a sundial.
