By Order of the Ministry of Planning Policy dated March 15, spending for services to high infant schools from March to October 2010 will be funded in full from the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability approved by the Government of Spain, so it does not assume the city of Yecla charge for the service of high infant schools there is no justification to require parents to pay any price.
Consequently affected parent must request the refund of tax already paid and not ask any fee requirement for the remainder of the school year.
